Picture your kid’s Muse trying to order a thousand dollars of sushi “for the sleepover”. It asks you first, because you said, once, in plain English: Leo can order DoorDash up to thirty dollars. Every agent in the house follows that rule, not just Muse.

Now picture the company’s procurement bot trying to order two thousand dollars of toner from a vendor nobody approved. It asks the admin first, because the company said, once: the procurement bot can order from approved vendors up to two thousand dollars. Every agent the company runs follows that rule, and there is one record of every ask.

Two things changed this year. People stopped using one AI — most adults who use AI now use two of them, and each one starts every conversation knowing nothing about you. And agents started acting: they spend money and share your details for you, and every agent company is building its own rules inside its own agent. Nobody is building yours.

What is missing lives in the space between the platforms: the record of what you have decided — your decisions, your plans, the people you work with, and what your agents are allowed to do. Anthropic will never read your ChatGPT conversations. OpenAI will never read your Claude ones. Meta’s rules will never govern Google’s agent. That gap is structural, and it is unowned. Nuramem is that layer, live today.

We are talking to angels and seed funds who bring a network. The strategy and memo are sent on request.
