Nothing is charged during the launch phase — there's no card on file and no way to be billed. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll publish them here and give clear notice before anything changes; the personal plan stays free, and your memory is never held hostage: export everything or delete your account and all data, any time.

We're in our launch phase: the product is complete enough to be genuinely useful, and real usage is how we make it better. Using Nuramem now — and telling us what's rough — is the contribution. That's the trade.

No. Your memory content is never sold and never used to advertise to you. To improve the product we look at structural signals (what kinds of operations succeed or fail), not at reading your records for their own sake. The AI providers that process your content to make the product work are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
The honest answer: we'll publish any pricing before anything is charged, with notice — we're not promising grandfathered rates we might not keep. What early users get is a real say in what the product becomes.
